We offer both advanced manufacturing techniques to meet specific cost, performance, and sustainability targets:

• Co-extruded (Coex) Films: Multiple polymer layers are melted and fused together simultaneously in a single process. This creates a monolithic film with inseparable layers, offering excellent clarity, reduced material complexity, and often enhanced recyclability in mono-material structures.
• Laminated Films: Individual pre-formed film layers are bonded together using adhesives. This allows for the combination of vastly different materials (e.g., paper, foil, oriented films) and provides ultimate flexibility in engineering specific barrier and structural properties, often at a higher performance ceiling.
