Guide Visual G10 Series P3.91 Rental LED Video Wall 7680Hz IP65 Die-cast Aluminum Cabinet for Touring Events
G10 Series P3.91 Rental LED Video Wall
A rental LED wall is judged in the first ten minutes of load-in. The G10 series P3.91 is built so a crew spends those minutes assembling a screen — not troubleshooting one. Cabinet die, locking hardware, data and power pathways, optical calibration, thermal and sealing design: every subsystem answers one engineering question — how do hundreds of cabinets read as one perfectly uniform, watertight, always-on image?
This is not a fixed-install panel adapted for events. It is a purpose-built touring instrument: light enough to fly, tough enough for a full season of load-ins, and precise enough to stay seamless across a 50-metre stage.
Imaging that holds up on camera
The G10 panel runs a 7680Hz refresh rate with a 16-bit grayscale pipeline, keeping pace with high-speed shutters and broadcast cameras. Scan lines, moiré and flicker — the artifacts that ruin a live feed — are pushed out of the visible range. With fine P3.91 pitch, the image stays crisp at close stage distances and in IMAG close-ups.
Why P3.91 for touring
P3.91 sits in the sweet spot for touring: fine enough that a 3–5 metre viewing distance still looks smooth, yet efficient enough to fill a large stage without runaway panel counts or power draw. That balance lets a production go big without over-specifying hardware for the seats.
Two paths for every signal, two for every watt
Redundancy is not a checkbox — it is a routing decision made at the cabinet level. Each G10 cabinet carries four Gigabit Ethernet ports (two primary, two backup) plus cross-cabinet power sharing. If a cable is pulled or a PSU trips mid-show, the parallel loop takes over with no visible interruption.
Cabinet structure: tolerance you can tile across a stage
The G10 body is a single die-cast aluminum frame. Machined edges and consistent casting keep cabinet-to-cabinet gaps tight, so a long wall still tiles without visible seams. Aluminum also does the thermal work, moving heat through the frame instead of letting it build up behind the modules. A one-person quick-lock latch builds cabinets in seconds, and the lighter cabinet means more panels per flight case — less freight, fewer hands on the ground.
Colour uniformity, module to module
Before assembly, each module's LEDs are binned by wavelength and brightness. On a wall built from hundreds of cabinets sourced over time, that discipline is what prevents the patchwork look caused by mismatched batches — the wall reads as one continuous image, not a mosaic of slightly different panels.
Sealed for the outside
The G10 cabinet is IP65 rated and built for weather-exposed stages — rain, dust and the temperature swings of an outdoor festival day. Sealing and the aluminium thermal path work together: the same housing that keeps water out also manages heat, so brightness and colour hold through a long outdoor programme.
Control and serviceability
The G10 works with mainstream rental control systems (NovaStar A5+ class processors) and supports front and rear service access, so a module can be swapped without de-rigging a section. Cabinets come in 500×500mm and 1000×1000mm formats, with curved configurations available for immersive stage designs.
Where it performs
- Concert and festival main stages — large, uniform walls that survive a full touring cycle.
- Sports and esports venues — fast-build screens for live broadcast and replay.
- Exhibitions and brand activations — high-brightness surfaces that stay readable under venue lighting.
- Broadcast, XR and virtual production — camera-safe, flicker-free backgrounds for on-set capture.
- Corporate and touring events — panels that travel and re-build reliably, show after show.

Frequently asked questions
Can one wall mix 500mm and 1000mm cabinets?
Yes. Both formats share the same module and locking geometry, so a build can mix sizes to fit irregular stage dimensions without custom frames.
What is the maintenance path if a module fails mid-tour?
Front and rear service access lets a technician replace a module or power/data unit on site without dismantling the surrounding section.
Is the panel suitable for outdoor day use?
With IP65 sealing and a bright, high-contrast image it is built for outdoor events; final brightness suitability depends on ambient light at your venue.
