Working Principle
The machine operates on the wet sandblasting principle: abrasive media (such as glass beads, fine aluminum oxide, or garnet) are mixed with water to form a uniform slurry. Compressed air accelerates the slurry through a precision nozzle, spraying it at high velocity onto the workpiece surface. The water in the slurry suppresses dust generation, cools the workpiece to prevent thermal deformation, and lubricates the abrasive to reduce friction. The used slurry is filtered and recycled via a small closed-loop system, minimizing waste and water consumption.
