The SECO WNMG080404-MF1 TH1000, WNMG080408-MF1 TH1000, WNMG080404-MF1 CP200, WNMG080408-MF1 CP200 are original Swedish negative 80° WN trigon indexable turning inserts under Seco’s universal finishing series, equipped with exclusive MF1 semi-finish chipbreaker geometry, two mainstream high-performance PVD coating grades TH1000 and CP200, and two standard nose radius options R0.4 & R0.8.
MF1 chipbreaker is specially optimized for sticky hard-to-cut materials including stainless steel, titanium alloy and nickel-based superalloy, delivering low cutting resistance and stable short chip evacuation. TH1000 adopts TiSiN-TiAlN nanolaminate ultra-hard coating for hardened steel up to HRC62 and interrupted superalloy cutting; CP200 is a fine-grain PVD grade dedicated to continuous high-speed finishing of superalloy & stainless steel with excellent anti-built-up edge performance.
