Square Ductile Iron Manhole Cover C250 Load Bearing Grade 800×800mm
Performance Characteristics
- High strength: Tensile strength ≥420MPa, yield strength ≥300MPa. Can withstand large loads (D400 grade withstands ~40 tons), resistant to deformation, ideal for high-traffic areas.
- Good toughness: Impact value comparable to medium carbon steel, 10x greater than gray iron. Resistant to breakage from vehicle impacts and accidental collisions.
- Strong corrosion resistance: 90-day corrosion tests show only 1/40th the corrosion of steel pipes. Service life is 2x gray iron and 5x ordinary steel pipes. Perfect for humid and corrosive environments like sewage systems.
- Anti-theft features: Includes bolt fixing and special lock mechanisms to prevent unauthorized access and protect underground infrastructure.
- Aesthetic adaptability: Square design blends with urban environments. Available with anti-slip surface treatments (square patterns) and customizable sizes (500×500mm to 800×800mm).
