Material Characteristics
The ductile iron rainwater grille ditch cover is cast with ductile iron QT500-7. The cast iron is spheroidized by a spheroidizing agent, resulting in a tightly combined internal structure with significantly improved density. This provides excellent properties including high strength and good toughness, with performance characteristics close to steel.
- Tensile strength: ≥420MPa
- Yield strength: ≥300MPa
- Elongation: ≥7%
This combination of high strength and toughness enables the product to withstand repeated rolling by heavy-loaded vehicles without breaking or deforming during long-term use, significantly reducing safety risks.
