The VMC-1066HL is a high-performance High Speed VMC Machine engineered for modern manufacturing environments. This advanced Vertical Machining Center delivers rapid axis speeds up to 36,000 mm/min on X and Y axes and 16,000 mm/min on the Z axis, significantly reducing cycle times while maintaining precision.
With a substantial 600 mm Z-axis travel, the machine accommodates taller workpieces and deep machining operations. The robust 7,500 kg construction ensures stability and vibration resistance for superior surface finishes and tight tolerances.
The 24-tool magazine capacity enables extended unattended operations with a rapid 2.8-second tool change time. As a 3-axis VMC machine, it provides enhanced capabilities for contouring, indexing, and multi-face machining without manual repositioning.
