Equipped with dual BBT40 electric spindles and alloy worm gear swing heads, the machine supports ±90° arbitrary angle positioning and 4-axis linkage machining. It completes milling, drilling, tapping and composite processing in one clamping. Dual-spindle simultaneous working greatly improves production efficiency, ideal for mass batch processing of aluminum profiles, die-cast aluminum, copper alloys and composite materials.
Built with high-grade stress-relieved HT-300 cast iron, the integral machine structure avoids long-term deformation and ensures super structural stability. Adopting X-axis precision helical rack drive and full-axis HIWIN/PMI roller guides plus C3 pre-tensioned ball screws, it realizes 50m/min high-speed rapid traverse, low vibration and zero backlash, delivering consistent high-precision and high-gloss machining effect.
Adopts authentic Japan FANUC 0i-MF PLUS system and full FANUC servo drive for stable and intelligent high-speed machining. The dual-speed BBT40 spindle meets both heavy cutting and fine finishing demands. Standard 24-station fast tool change magazine, spindle air curtain protection, automatic lubrication and chip removal system ensure long-term stable automated production, complying with CE industrial standards.
