Functional Description

This isolated barrier transfers low voltage signals from various sensors located in hazardous areas to safe areas, including:

  • Load cells
  • Strain gauges
  • Operational amplifiers
  • Inductive oscillation sensors

The input voltage from terminals 4 and 5 is precisely transferred to terminals 7 and 8. The input, output, and power supply circuits are galvanically isolated from each other for maximum safety.

Upscale or downscale lead breakage monitoring can be selected via switches located on the front panel of the device.

Important Note: This unit requires three minutes after power-up to reach the accuracy cited in the technical data.
