Product Overview
The MTL7741 is a single-channel Zener barrier from Eaton's Crouse-Hinds series MTL7700 range, specifically designed to interface switch or proximity detector inputs with a changeover relay output in hazardous area installations.
This intrinsically safe passive device safely transfers electrical signals between safe and hazardous areas while limiting voltage and current to prevent ignition of flammable atmospheres. With a 24V DC supply and 26mA switching current, the MTL7741 is the ideal solution for digital input applications requiring relay output isolation in Zone 0, 1, and 2 hazardous locations (gas groups IIC, IIB, IIA).
