Installation Details & Precautions
- Operators must wear anti-static gloves during assembly
- Avoid water contact with screen or modules
- Use anti-static soft brush for dust cleaning - avoid cloth, wet or hard objects
- Maintain working environment humidity between 20%-75%
- Store modules in dry conditions (≤30°C temperature, ≤65% humidity)
- Handle wires gently to avoid damaging copper pillars and PCB
- Use painted steel box structure - avoid galvanized square tubes
- Recommended powder coating for curved or cylindrical enclosures
- Module bending angle: 169° to 180° - avoid violent or repeated bending
