Steel Coil Railway Flat Wagon Transport Vehicle Track Gauge 1000mm Flatbed Rail Wagon

This technical specification applies to the bottom-door open-top wagons with an axle load of 25 tonnes and a track gauge of 1520 mm supplied to Uganda. Upon approval by the buyer, the present technical specification shall constitute an integral part of the supply contract.

This specification covers the general requirements, intended uses, key performance parameters, basic dimensions, primary structural design, coating and marking specifications, evaluation criteria, technical processes, vehicle testing, inspection and acceptance procedures, quality assurance, as well as other relevant aspects of the wagons.

• The wagon mainly consists of car body, braking devices, coupler and draft gear devices, and bogies etc.
• This wagon is used for transporting goods such as engineering machinery, mechanical equipment, containers, etc. that do not require rain and snow protection.
• The braking system includes an air brake device and hand brake device.
• It adopts CA-3 type coupler and matching hook tail frame, and adopts ST-90 type draft gear.
