The DENSO 095000-5663 fuel injector is engineered as a direct OE replacement for Toyota 1KD-FTV and 2KD-FTV common-rail diesel platforms. Built around authorized cross references including 23670-0L020, 23670-30090, 23670-39316, 23670-39315, 23670-39365, 23670-39415, 095000-5660, 095000-8290, 0928400837, and CLI-095000-5663, the unit supports fleet operators, distributors, and service workshops requiring verified part interchangeability across Hilux, Fortuner, Hiace, Land Cruiser Prado 120 and 150 Series, Hilux Surf, and Innova Diesel applications.

Manufactured with ultra-precision nozzle technology, high-strength steel construction, OEM Viton-grade seals, and advanced surface treatment for corrosion and wear resistance, the injector is calibrated to OEM standards and operates reliably at rail pressures up to 2000 bar. The multi-hole precision nozzle delivers consistent atomization and supports pilot, main, and post injection events, ensuring stable combustion across the 1KD-FTV 2.998L and 2KD-FTV 2.494L engine families producing 163–190 HP and 102–144 HP respectively.

For installation and service, technicians should use ULSD fuel, change fuel filters at the recommended interval, and inspect injectors at 100,000+ miles or when performance loss is observed. Standard Toyota standardized electrical connectors simplify direct-fit installation, and OBD fault codes such as P0201–P0204, P0261–P0264, P0087, P0093, P1215, P1228, P1271, P1272, P1273, and P1274 are commonly associated with injector-related faults in these engines, making the 095000-5663 a reliable service and replacement solution for Toyota diesel systems.
