Polyether Polyol for High Resilience Foam Production
This highly active polyether polyol features exceptional reactivity and is specifically formulated for producing high resilience polyurethane foam through reaction injection molding (RIM) processes.
Product Applications
This high-reactivity polyether reacts with isocyanate to create polyurethane RIM products. The resulting cold-cured high resilience foam is ideal for automotive seating, transportation cushions, steering wheels, instrument panels, armrests, and furniture components, delivering superior comfort, compression resistance, and excellent resilience properties.

Packaging, Handling & Storage
Packaged in new steel drums, 200kg per drum. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area with containers tightly sealed. Opened containers must be carefully resealed and maintained upright to prevent leakage. Shelf life: 12 months. Products beyond this period require pre-testing before use.
When handling polyols, take precautions to avoid eye exposure or prolonged skin contact. If eye contact occurs, flush immediately with plenty of water. For skin contact, wash thoroughly with soap and water.
