EL-10 / EL-20 Emulsifier / Polyoxyethylene Castor Oil
Cremophor / Ethoxylated Hydrogenated Castor Oil
Soluble in most organic solvents, dispersed in water, with excellent emulsification and diffusion properties.
Key Applications
Textile Industry: Used as spinning oil for synthetic fibers including polyester, polyacrylonitrile, and polyvinyl alcohol. Provides emulsifying and anti-static effects, making sizing soft and smooth while reducing breakage. Functions as softening and smoothing agent in chemical fiber size and eliminates foam in synthetic size solutions.
Pharmaceutical Industry: Employed as emulsifier in manufacturing liniments, creams, and emulsions. Also used as pesticide emulsifier, lotion polymerization emulsifier, and in preparation of water-soluble metal cutting fluids and household washing products.
