The 75L internal mixer is engineered for efficient mixing, kneading, and dispersing of various chemical materials including EVA, rubber, synthetic rubber, and hot melt adhesives. This essential equipment enables development of experimental formulations that seamlessly transition to production lines. Built for durability and wear resistance, the mixer ensures uniform blending and consistent material property modification, delivering optimal and repeatable mixing results.

Inside the mixing chamber, two rotors rotate relative to each other at a defined speed ratio, drawing material through the feed port into the nip area between rotors. The material undergoes intense squeezing and shearing forces as it passes through the rotor gap. When it strikes the sharp "W"-shaped edge of the mixing chamber, the material splits into two streams that flow along clearances between chamber walls and rotors, cycling back to the rotor top. Within the sealed chamber, materials are thoroughly sheared and blended under controlled pressure and temperature, ensuring complete dispersion and plasticization of formulation ingredients for maximum compound performance and consistency.

Changfeng's anti-leakage powder device employs mechanical shaft seal tightening technology with self-lubricating seal rings that maintain compression and sealing during mixing. This design reduces mixing system wear and effectively minimizes noise issues caused by leakage and poor sealing.

The mixing chamber interior features a complex tube belt design with excellent heat exchange capabilities for precise temperature control. Rotor water cooling prevents material sticking, ensures accurate temperature management, and promotes uniform material dispersion.

During normal use, non-consumable parts are guaranteed for one year. We provide on-site installation guidance and long-term technical support.
