Working Principle
The two rotors in the mixing chamber rotate relative to each other at a specific speed ratio, clamping material from the feeding port and bringing it into the roller gap where it undergoes squeezing and shearing. After passing through the roller gap, the material hits the sharp edge of the "W" shaped mixing chamber, dividing into two parts that return to the top of the rotor along the gaps between chamber walls and rotors. In this closed environment under controlled pressure and temperature, materials experience strong shearing and mixing, ensuring complete dispersion and plasticization for optimal formula performance.
Mixing System
The "W" shaped mixing chamber with "M" shaped lower pressure cover creates a fully enclosed mixing space. The prismatic spiral stirring blade design eliminates dead angles, enabling thorough shearing and dispersion to meet physical property requirements. The hollow stirring blades feature material-contact components made of high-carbon steel, processed through quenching, tempering, and 72-hour deep nitriding heat treatment with hard chrome plating for increased hardness, ensuring strength, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, non-stick properties, and extended service life.
