The 55L internal mixer is engineered for efficient mixing, kneading, and dispersing of various chemical materials including EVA, rubber, synthetic rubber, and hot melt adhesives. This essential equipment enables the development of experimental formulations that can be seamlessly scaled to production lines. Built with exceptional durability and wear resistance, the mixer ensures uniform blending and consistent material property modification, delivering optimal and repeatable mixing results.

The two rotors in the mixing chamber rotate relative to each other at a specific speed ratio, clamping material from the feeding port and directing it through the roller gap where it undergoes squeezing and shearing by the rotors. After passing through the roller gap, the material impacts the sharp edge of the "W"-shaped mixing chamber and divides into two parts, returning to the top of the rotor along the gaps between the front/rear chamber walls and rotors. Within the closed mixing chamber, materials experience strong shearing and mixing under controlled pressure and temperature conditions, ensuring complete dispersion and plasticization of formula materials for optimal performance.

A. Changfeng's anti-leakage powder device employs mechanical shaft seal tightening technology with self-lubricating seal rings that maintain compressed sealing during mixing. This design reduces mixing system wear and effectively minimizes noise issues caused by leakage and poor sealing.

B. The mixing chamber interior features a complex tube belt design with excellent heat exchange and precise temperature control. Water-cooled rotors prevent material sticking, ensure accurate temperature management, and promote uniform material dispersion.
