Working Principle
The two rotors in the mixing chamber rotate relative to each other at a specific speed ratio, clamping material from the feeding port and directing it through the roller gap where it undergoes squeezing and shearing by the rotors. After passing through the roller gap, the material impacts the sharp edge of the "W"-shaped mixing chamber and divides into two parts, returning to the top of the rotor along the gaps between the front/rear chamber walls and rotors. Within the closed mixing chamber, materials experience strong shearing and mixing under controlled pressure and temperature conditions, ensuring complete dispersion and plasticization of formula materials for optimal performance.
