Working Principle
Inside the mixing chamber, two rotors rotate relative to each other at a defined speed ratio, drawing material through the feed port into the nip area between the rotors. The material undergoes intense squeezing and shearing forces as it passes through the rotor gap. Upon striking the sharp "W"-shaped edge of the mixing chamber, the material splits into two streams that flow along the clearances between the chamber walls and rotors, cycling back to the top of the rotor. Within the sealed chamber, materials are thoroughly sheared and blended under controlled pressure and temperature conditions, ensuring complete dispersion and plasticization of formulation ingredients for maximum performance and consistency.
