- Heating Plate: Constructed from imported high-temperature resistant steel with deep carbonization and hard chrome plating surface treatment. Features fast heat transfer, corrosion resistance, high hardness, and no deformation. Built-in heaters and temperature sensors provide high power, rapid heating, sensitive temperature measurement, and minimal temperature error range.
- Cold Conduction Plate: Aluminum material with anodized surface treatment for corrosion resistance and rapid heat conduction.
- Guide Columns: Four hardened and precisely positioned columns with hydraulic cylinders supported by a thick steel plate base. Self-lubricating bronze bearings ensure smooth, noiseless lifting and lowering. Heavy steel surrounds the top and rear for enhanced operator safety protection.
