Product Features
Heating Plate
Constructed from imported high-temperature resistant steel with deep carbonization and hard chrome plating surface treatments. Features fast heat transfer, corrosion resistance, high hardness, and no deformation. Built-in heaters and temperature sensors provide high power output, rapid heating, sensitive and uniform temperature measurement with minimal error range.
Cold Conduction Plate
Aluminum material with anodized surface treatment for corrosion resistance and fast heat conduction.
Guide Columns
Four hardened and precisely positioned columns with hydraulic cylinders supported by a thick steel plate base. Self-lubricating bronze bearings ensure smooth, noiseless lifting and lowering. Heavy steel surrounds the top and rear for operator safety protection. Upper layer features steel plates with inserted thermocouples near the surface.
Operating Principle
Raw materials are placed in the mold where rubber is shaped under rated pressure and temperature. After reaching the melting point over a specified period, the product achieves defined physical properties.
Applications
Primarily used in rubber and plastic products, polyolefins, PVC, films, coils, profiles production, polymer blending, pigments, masterbatches, and stabilizers industries. Designed to test physical property changes and comparisons of raw materials after molding, including color dispersion, light transmittance, surface glossiness, black spot detection, strength, plasticity, and hardness after adding auxiliary materials.
Ideal for factory quality control of supplier raw materials, product comparisons, and research and development in academic institutions. Provides valuable reference data before mass production.
