Operating Principle
The two rotors in the mixing chamber rotate relative to each other at specific speed ratios, clamping material from the feeding port and bringing it into the roller gap where it undergoes squeezing and shearing by the rotors. After passing through the roller gap, material hits the sharp edge of the "W" shaped mixing chamber and divides into two parts, returning to the rotor top along the gaps between chamber walls and rotors. In this closed mixing chamber under controlled pressure and temperature, materials experience strong shearing and mixing for optimal dispersion and plasticization.
Mixing System
Features a "W" shaped mixing chamber with "M" shaped lower pressure cover creating a fully enclosed mixing space. The prismatic spiral designed stirring blades eliminate dead angles, ensuring thorough material shearing and dispersion. Hollow structure stirring blades use imported all-alloy material contact surfaces (no spraying or electroplating required), providing wear resistance, corrosion resistance, non-stick properties, and extended service life.
