Operating Principle
The two rotors in the mixing chamber rotate relative to each other at a specific speed ratio, clamping material from the feeding port and bringing it into the roller gap where it undergoes squeezing and shearing by the rotors. After passing through the roller gap, the material hits the sharp edge of the "W" shaped mixing chamber and divides into two parts, returning to the top of the rotor along the gaps between the front/rear chamber walls and rotors. In the closed mixing chamber, materials are strongly sheared and mixed under controlled pressure and temperature conditions, ensuring complete dispersion and plasticization of formula materials for optimal performance.
Mixing System
Features a "W" shaped mixing chamber with an "M" shaped lower pressure cover forming a fully enclosed mixing space. The stirring blade employs a prismatic spiral design without dead angles, enabling effective shearing and dispersion of materials to meet physical property requirements. The hollow-structured stirring blade, made from imported all-alloy material (no spraying or electroplating required), offers excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, anti-sticking properties, and extended service life.
