Operating Principle
Dual rotors rotate at specific speed ratios within the mixing chamber, capturing material from the feed port and directing it through the roller gap where it undergoes compression and shearing. After passing through the gap, material impacts the "W" shaped chamber edge, splitting into two streams that circulate along the front/rear chamber walls and rotor interfaces. This closed-system process ensures thorough shearing, mixing, dispersion, and plasticization under controlled pressure and temperature conditions.
Mixing System
The "W" shaped mixing chamber combines with an "M" shaped lower pressure cover to create a fully enclosed mixing environment. Prismatic spiral stirring blades eliminate dead angles, ensuring complete material shearing and dispersion. Hollow blade construction with high-carbon steel components undergoes 72-hour vacuum nitriding and tungsten carbide coating for exceptional wear resistance, corrosion resistance, non-stick properties, and extended service life.
