Mixing System
The mixing chamber features a "W" shaped design with an "M" shaped lower pressure cover to form a fully enclosed mixing space. The hollow structure stirring blade and all material-contact components (mixing chamber, side plate, pressure hammer, stirring blade shaft) are made of high-quality high-carbon steel, tempered and processed with high precision. After 72-hour deep nitriding heat treatment in vacuum, the surface is sprayed with tungsten carbide and treated for smoothness, providing exceptional wear resistance, corrosion resistance, non-stick properties, and extended service life.
