Insulated glass is a new type of building material that offers excellent insulation, soundproofing, aesthetic appeal, and can reduce the weight of buildings. It is made by bonding two or three glass panels with a high-strength, high-airtight composite adhesive to an aluminum alloy frame containing desiccant. This results in highly efficient soundproof and insulation glass.  Insulated glass has superior performance to ordinary double-pane glass in many aspects, and thus has gained recognition worldwide. Insulated glass is a glass product that evenly separates two or more glass panels with effective support and is bonded and sealed around the edges, creating a space with dry gas between the glass layers.

Insulated glass can be made with original glass sheets of thicknesses of 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, or 12 mm. The air layer thickness can be 6, 9, or 12 mm intervals.The thermal conductivity of glass is 27 times that of air. As long as the insulated glass is sealed, its heat insulation effect will be good.

The function of the aluminum partition strips in insulating glass: Aluminum is known as an active metallic element. However, on its surface, a dense oxide film forms in the air, preventing it from further reacting with oxygen and water. At high temperatures, it can react with oxygen and release a large amount of heat. With this high reaction heat, aluminum can displace metals from other oxides.
