Opening Methods & Bonnet Design
Hydraulic Direct Opening: Inject high-pressure oil (8.4-10.5MPa) into ram opening cavity to push piston and drive ram assembly away from wellhead center.
Hydraulic Opening After Manual Unlocking: First rotate handwheel counterclockwise to drive locking shaft to end, then turn back 1/8-1/4 turn, then supply pressure to opening cavity.
Hinged Bonnet Opening: Bonnet connected to body through hinge base assembly. Loosen bonnet bolts and rotate bonnet through hinge for ram assembly maintenance.
Wellhead Installation & Inspection
Pre-Installation Inspection: Check flange sealing gasket ring grooves and surfaces for defects. Confirm ram specifications match downhole drilling tool size. Verify BOP has passed pressure testing.
Wellhead Installation Steps: Apply ISO 13678 thread grease to bolts, tighten evenly diagonally in three stages. Connect hydraulic control pipelines and manual operating lever.

- Regular Inspection & Maintenance: Open/close ram daily in target zones. Conduct blind ram tests after tripping operations. Perform regular sealing, locking, and shearing function tests.
