Construction Process
- Basic Preparation: Wall surface must be firm, flat, dry (moisture content <10%), clean, and neutral pH value <10. Remove mold, oil stains, dust, and loose old coatings. Use matching alkali-resistant primer for substrate treatment.
- Construction Environment: Temperature 5℃-35℃, relative humidity <85%, maintain good ventilation.
- Paint Preparation: Stir thoroughly after opening. If dilution needed, add clean water (water content not exceeding 20%), stir well, let stand to defoam before use.
- Painting Method: Recommended "one base coat and two top coats" process: apply alkali-resistant primer, then two coats of this product. Use roller or airless spraying for uniform application.
