Application Fields
Suitable for interior walls in homes, schools, hospitals, hotels, restaurants, food processing plants, basements, bathrooms, and other places where hygiene requirements are high, especially suitable for humid and rainy areas.
Construction Process
Base treatment:
Ensure the wall surface is flat, firm, and dry (moisture content ≤10%). Remove mold, oil stains, and loose materials. For old walls, it is recommended to sand and clean off the dust.
Construction environment:
Temperature 5℃-35℃, air humidity ≤85%, avoid construction in rainy, snowy or windy weather.
Paint preparation:
After opening the can, stir well. You can add an appropriate amount of water to dilute it as needed (it is recommended to add no more than 20% water). After stirring well, let it stand for 5 minutes.
Construction method:
• Application: It is recommended to apply one coat of alkali-resistant primer first, followed by two coats of this product (with an interval of ≥4 hours).
• Roller/Spray: Apply evenly, avoiding missed spots or excessive thickness in some areas.
• Consumption: Approximately 10-12㎡/kg/single coat (actual amount varies depending on substrate condition and application method)
Drying time:
Surface dry in 30 minutes, re-coat every 4 hours, fully cured in 7 days.
