Precautions for use
- Hydraulic Oil Requirements:
Only clean hydraulic oil should be used. A cleanliness standard of ISO 4406 18/16/13 or higher is recommended. Change the filter and oil regularly to prevent oil contamination and premature motor wear.
- Avoid Dry Running:
After initial installation or prolonged periods of inactivity, a small amount of hydraulic oil must be added to the motor. Dry running is strictly prohibited and will cause severe internal damage.
- Pressure and Speed Control:
Operating beyond the rated pressure or speed for extended periods is strictly prohibited. Overpressure and overspeed will significantly shorten motor life and may even cause direct damage.
- Temperature Management:
The operating oil temperature should be controlled within the range of -20℃ to 80℃. Prolonged exposure to high temperatures (>80℃) will accelerate seal aging and oil deterioration.
