Double Gear Pump Advantages
1. Fits the entire original factory structural specifications, with key installation dimensions matching, requiring no adjustment to the equipment base.
2. Oil port connection method, drive shaft adapter type, and rotation direction all conform to the original factory settings, ensuring smooth connection with the original system's power input.
3. Wear parts are interchangeable with original factory spare parts; gear assemblies can be replaced individually, reducing maintenance costs.
4. Three-section structure for easy disassembly, allowing for quick replacement of core components.
5. 70% lower procurement cost than the original factory, with performance and quality 100% same with the original factory
Double Gear Pump Working Principle
It operates on the principle of volumetric oil suction and discharge. Its core mechanism relies on the rotation of a pair of meshing gears, which create periodic volume changes in the pump chamber to realize oil suction and discharge. The process has three key stages:
1. Suction Stage: The motor drives the driving gear to rotate (and the driven gear to mesh reversely). As gear tooth spaces move to the suction port, their volume expands to form a partial vacuum, drawing hydraulic oil from the tank into the tooth spaces.
2. Delivery Stage: Oil-filled tooth spaces rotate to the discharge port. Gears gradually mesh, compressing the tooth space volume and building pressure on the oil.
3. Discharge Stage: Pressurized oil (sealed by meshing gears to prevent backflow) is pushed out of the discharge port into the hydraulic system, powering actuators (e.g., cylinders, motors).
