Hydraulic Gear Motor Introduction
The Parker PGM075 is a fixed displacement external gear hydraulic motor. Its core technology is based on a positive displacement design: a pair of meshing gears generate an unbalanced force under the action of high-pressure hydraulic oil, driving the gears to rotate and efficiently converting hydraulic energy into mechanical torque and speed. High-pressure oil enters through the inlet, driving the gears to rotate while simultaneously expelling low-pressure oil, achieving continuous rotational output. With its cast iron housing, roller bearings, and pressure-balanced design, this motor features a simple structure, resistance to contamination, high durability, and heavy-duty capacity, making it widely applicable in high-pressure rotary power applications such as construction machinery and agricultural equipment.

Hydraulic Gear Motor Installation Method
- Keep the system clean to prevent contaminants from entering.
- Connection ports: High-pressure inlet, low-pressure outlet, and independent drain port must return directly to the oil tank (to prevent damage to the shaft seal).
- Align the output shaft with the load, avoiding excessive radial/axial loads.
- Secure the cast iron housing with high-strength bolts.
- Forward/Reverse rotation: Simply interchange the inlet/outlet ports.
Package
Normally, it is packaged in cardboard boxes and then shipped on pallets or wooden crates. Special requirements from customers can be discussed and negotiated.
