Hydraulic Gear Motor Introduction
The 1-MLA6.2RC0A2E0 hydraulic gear motor is a small, externally meshing gear hydraulic motor with an aluminum alloy housing. Its working principle is based on a positive displacement design: high-pressure hydraulic oil enters the housing through the inlet, filling the tooth grooves on the disengagement side of the gears to form a sealed working chamber. The high-pressure oil acts on the gear tooth surfaces, generating an unbalanced torque that drives a pair of meshing gears (the driving gear connects to the output shaft, and the driven gear rotates synchronously) clockwise. Simultaneously, the volume on the inlet side increases, the volume on the outlet side decreases, and low-pressure oil is discharged from the outlet, realizing the conversion of hydraulic energy into continuous rotational mechanical energy. Torque is proportional to the system pressure difference and displacement, while speed is proportional to the input flow rate.

Hydraulic Gear Motor Installation Notes
- Shaft Alignment and Connection: When connecting the output shaft to the load, ensure the coaxiality error does not exceed 0.1mm. Use a flexible coupling or flexible connection to avoid excessive radial load.
- Mounting Bracket: The bracket or base must have sufficient rigidity to withstand the motor's reaction torque and prevent vibration or deformation.
- Drain Port Treatment: If there is a separate drain port, it must be directly connected to the return oil tank and cannot be combined with other return oil lines (otherwise, the shaft seal may be damaged, leading to oil leakage).
- Direction Confirmation: This model rotates clockwise. Confirm the inlet and outlet port directions before installation to avoid reverse rotation.
- Initial Filling: After installation, fill with clean hydraulic oil through the inlet or drain port to avoid dry running.
