This equipment immerses products in tempered chocolate to ensure a smooth, consistent coating layer throughout the production process.
Process Description
The chocolate enrobing process begins with a pre-warming conveyor to prepare items, followed by immersion in a chocolate reservoir. A flow pan creates a controlled chocolate curtain, while a vibrating grid removes excess coating for optimal thickness control.
