Railway Transportation Export Business Process
- Entrustment: The shipper informs the agent to arrange full vehicle or container transportation, including departure station, destination country, goods name and quantity, estimated transport time, customer name, telephone number, and contact person.
- Transport Documents: After confirming the quotation and agency relationship, the shipper provides written authorization including: (1) Power of Attorney (2) Customs Declaration (3) Contract (4) Box List (5) Invoice (6) Commodity Check Release List (7) Write-off Form, etc.
- Customs Declaration: The shipper sends required documents to the designated agent company, which arranges customs declaration at ports including Manzhouli, Erlianhaote, Alashankou, and Pingxiang.
- Departure: Following transportation plan arrangements, the shipper delivers goods with customs declaration, contract, container list, invoice, and seal to the port. After shipment, the third waybill is provided to the shipper.
- Port Handover: Upon arrival at the port, goods undergo customs clearance and reloading procedures. The freight company notifies the shipper of port transfer timing and foreign vehicle numbers.
- Document Return: After reloading and handover, customs returns verification forms and clearance documents to our company, which are then returned to the customer upon freight payment completion.
