Description:

 It combines the capabilities of a CNC lathe (turning) and a CNC machining center (milling, drilling, boring) into one unified platform. Often equipped with a powerful main spindle, a secondary/sub-spindle, live rotary tools, a Y-axis, and a B-axis, it can manipulate a workpiece to present virtually any surface to the cutting tool. This enables complete machining of highly complex parts—from raw material to finished component—without requiring transfer between multiple machines.
