Custom Precision Machined High Purity 99.7% Al2O3 Alumina Ceramic Tube
Our alumina ceramic tubes are made of 99.7% high-purity alumina raw materials, sintered at high temperature and precision CNC machined. They feature core properties such as high temperature resistance, excellent electrical insulation, high wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. Widely used in industrial high-temperature furnaces, thermocouple protection, semiconductor manufacturing, laboratory instruments and other scenarios, they are the ideal choice to replace metal and plastic parts in extreme working conditions.
- 1:Ultra-High Purity & Stability: Al₂O₃ content ≥99.7% with extremely low impurities, no contaminants precipitated in high-temperature environments, suitable for high-cleanliness scenarios such as semiconductors and vacuum processes.
- 2:Excellent High-Temperature Resistance: Can work stably for a long time at 1650℃, with short-term temperature resistance up to 1750℃. Ultra-low thermal expansion coefficient prevents cracking during thermal cycling.
- 3:Superior Electrical Insulation: Resistivity up to 10¹⁴ Ω·cm and dielectric strength up to 25kV/mm, perfectly meeting the insulation protection needs of high-voltage electrical and electronic equipment.
- 4:High Wear & Corrosion Resistance: Mohs hardness reaches grade 9, with wear resistance more than 10 times that of stainless steel; resistant to acids, alkalis and most chemical media, with a service life far exceeding traditional materials.
- 5:Precision Customization: Supports full-size customization including outer diameter, inner diameter, length and stepped structure. Dimensional tolerance can be controlled within ±0.01mm, with fast sampling based on drawings.
- Fully customizable: Tailor diameter, length, wall thickness, and end finishes to match your exact specifications and drawings.
- Factory-direct pricing: Competitive rates for both small-batch prototypes and large-volume bulk orders, no middlemen.
- Global shipping: Fast delivery to worldwide destinations with complete export documentation (material certificates, MSDS, customs declarations).
- Professional after-sales service: Technical consultation and support to ensure optimal product performance for your application.

Main advantage of the Alumina ceramic tubes:
- Maximum tolerable temperature: 1600°C–1800°C, It does not soften or deform at high temperatures,
- has a low coefficient of thermal expansion, and exhibits excellent thermal shock resistance.
Alumina ceramic tubes of Feature:
- High Temperature Resistance: Can be used for extended periods at temperatures up to 1600°C or even higher (depending on alumina purity, such as 99% alumina).
- High Hardness and Wear Resistance: With a Mohs hardness of up to 9, second only to diamond, it effectively resists particle abrasion and erosion.
- Excellent Electrical Insulation: Maintains good insulation performance even at high temperatures, making it an ideal material for insulating sleeves.
- Chemical Corrosion Resistance: Excellent resistance to most acids, alkalis, salts, and molten metals (except for hydrofluoric acid and high-temperature corrosion from strong alkalis).
- High Mechanical Strength: High compressive and flexural strength, but is a brittle material with poor resistance to mechanical impact.
- Low Coefficient of Thermal Expansion: Good dimensional stability and relatively good thermal shock resistance (but not as good as zirconium oxide).
- Bio-Inert: High-purity alumina is harmless to human tissue.
