Precision Wear Resistant 99% Al2O3 Ceramic Column Rod
Alumina (Al₂O₃) Ceramic Rod:
We specialize in manufacturing 99% high-purity alumina ceramic rods, produced with premium
alumina powder via dry pressing and high-temperature sintering, followed by precision centerless
grinding and mirror polishing. Dense pore-free structure delivers outstanding wear resistance,
electrical insulation and thermal stability. Widely used as core ceramic parts for precision machinery,
fluid equipment, new energy electronics and automation fixture positioning components. Standard
size rods are in stock, custom non-standard cylindrical ceramics per customer drawings & samples
are available.

Core Advantages
1:Ultra-long Wear Life: Harder than stainless steel, ultra-low friction loss; plungers & guide posts
maintain shape after long service.
2:Superior Electrical Insulation: High breakdown voltage, non-conductive at room & high temperature,
ideal for high-voltage electronic isolation.
3:Wide Temperature Resistance: Stable up to 1600℃ without deformation or softening, crack-resistant
under thermal cycling.
4:Ultra-precise Dimension: Tolerance down to ±0.003mm after fine polishing, excellent concentricity for
tight clearance assembly.
5:Chemical Corrosion Resistance: Acid & alkali resistant, inert to metal media, perfect for chemical & fluid
transfer equipment.
