High Temp Wear Resistant Alumina Ceramic Ring Flange
This 99% alumina ceramic flange is integrally dry-pressed from high-purity alumina powder, densely sintered at 1700℃, then precision processed via CNC turning, drilling and step groove fine grinding. Uniform dense pore-free body, equipped with evenly distributed counterbore mounting holes and positioning steps for tight assembly. It serves as dedicated insulating & wear-resistant annular components for high-temperature equipment, high-voltage electrical systems and fluid sealing devices. Custom non-standard sizes including outer diameter, inner diameter, hole layout and step structures are available, we accept small trial batches and mass overseas orders.
