Multiple filtration technology

The Germguardian FLT5000 purifier filter adopts a three-layer multiple filtration technology:

• The first layer is a pre-filter screen, which captures large particles of dust.
• The second layer is a HEPA filter, which effectively captures particles of 0.3 microns and above.
• The third layer is an activated carbon filter layer, which adsorbs odors and volatile organic compounds (VOCs), ensuring the air is cleaner and fresher.

Antibacterial coating technology

   The antibacterial protection technology of the Germguardian FLT5000 purifier filter adopts a special antibacterial coating, usually based on the antibacterial principle of silver ions or copper ions. These coatings can effectively inhibit the growth of bacteria, viruses and molds. Silver ions possess powerful antibacterial properties. They can interact with the cell walls of bacteria, destroy their structures, and thereby inhibit their reproduction. Copper ions, on the other hand, bind to the proteins of bacteria, causing metabolic disorders within the bacterial cells and preventing their survival.
