AHU Filter Description
This product line includes F5, F6, F7, F8 and F9 medium-efficiency bag filters designed for intermediate filtration in air conditioning systems.
The frame construction utilizes aluminum alloy or galvanized plate with thickness options of 21mm or 25mm. Filter material consists of melt-blown synthetic fiber arranged in a V-shaped bag structure.
Internal framework features galvanized inner strips and pressure bars. The bag support grid provides reinforcement to prevent filter collapse or deformation under challenging conditions, while advanced hot melt technology ensures proper compression and prevents leakage between bags.
These filters offer operational efficiency with reusable frames and support structures, replaceable filter bags, large filtration area, high dust-holding capacity, low resistance, and optimized airflow.
