A: Yes, 12V DC adapter included. For large signs we can supply a higher-power driver sized to the letter count.

A: We provide a 1:1 mounting template and all necessary screws. Halo letters are installed with standoff studs for the backlit gap.
Q: Can you match my brand colors?
A: Yes, we offer RAL/Pantone color matching for painted finishes, plus custom acrylic face colors on request.
Q: How far should halo letters sit from the wall?
A: We recommend 60–100mm standoff distance for a clean halo effect; mounting studs are included with the letters.
