K8003 PetroChina Virgin Low-Melt PP Plastic Granules Block Copolymer Polypropylene for Pallet

PetroChina K8003 refers to a high-impact polypropylene block copolymer resin manufactured by PetroChina, with major supply sources including the company’s Dushanzi and Guangdong branches. Tailored for injection molding applications, this material delivers an ideal combination of structural rigidity and superior impact resistance. Classified as a PP-B polypropylene block impact copolymer, it features a medium-to-low melt flow rate of 2.5 to 3.5 g/10min under standard test conditions of 230°C and 2.16kg. Its core mechanical properties include a tensile yield strength of approximately 26 MPa, a flexural modulus of around 1300 MPa, and an Izod impact strength of roughly 70 J/m.

Injection molded products made from this material feature excellent impact resistance and favorable rigidity, making them ideal for the manufacturing of heavy-duty components and turnover boxes.
