Metallurgy Industry Pulse Dust Collector Bags Filter With Venturi Tube
The dust-laden air stream enters through the inlet and passes through the low box. Heavier particles deposit immediately, while lighter particles are carried into the filtration bags where dust accumulates on the outer surfaces. Purified air penetrates through the filter bags, moves upward through Venturi tubes, and exits through the outlet.
As dust accumulates on the filter bags, resistance increases. When resistance reaches the designated operating range (typically 80-120mm H₂O), the automatic cleaning cycle activates. The controller sequentially triggers control valves, releasing compressed air from the gas bags through nozzles (primary air flow). This action, combined with the Venturi effect that draws surrounding air (secondary air flow), causes rapid momentary expansion of the filter bags. The resulting reverse airflow dislodges accumulated dust, which falls into the dust collection hopper for discharge.
