Corrosion Resistant Pneumatic PLC Integrated Basic Hydraulic Training Equipment For Vocational Training
This device consists of a training screen (with built-in power supply), a training table, and a storage cabinet. The main frame is constructed of sheet metal spray-coated with high-strength aluminum profiles. The aluminum profiles are treated with electrophoretic and electrostatic epoxy powder coatings, making them corrosion-resistant, fire-resistant, and moisture-resistant, making them both aesthetically pleasing and practical. The perforated plate fixing mechanism, comprised of multiple aluminum profiles and guide rails, connects the screen and tabletop with screws. The tabletop is custom-made with 25mm heather-gray high-density laminate edge banding to effectively enhance insulation. The base of the table is equipped with at least four guide wheels for easy mobility. The storage cabinet utilizes a standard three-tier structure with self-locking casters. The equipment storage cabinet can be flexibly adjusted as needed.
