Product Introduction
All transparent hydraulic components on this experimental platform are manufactured from imported transparent acrylic glass using modern processing technology. This allows for clear and intuitive observation of internal structures, working processes of hydraulic components, and hydraulic transmission circuits.
The system enables comprehensive training on hydraulic component structures, working principles, and performance characteristics. It supports experimental demonstrations of common basic circuits and can be utilized for course design and graduation projects involving hydraulic systems.
Training Bench Composition
- Experimental Bench Structure: Main structure constructed from 70*70mm special aluminum profile with oxidized surface for durability and aesthetics. Features a solid steel desktop with integrated oil leakage groove for easy cleaning. Includes an extra-large aluminum "T" panel to accommodate two student groups simultaneously.
- Valve Body Material: Manufactured from Asahi Kasei (PMMA 80N) optical grade PMMA organic glass imported from Japan. Components feature identical dimensions to real equipment with 93% light transmittance. Temperature resistance: -30°C to +70°C. Certified to SGS/ROHS environmental standards with excellent heat resistance, mechanical strength, weather resistance, and chemical resistance.
- Solenoid Valve: Features unique heat dissipation module designed to control valve body temperature below 60°C, preventing thermal effects on transparent organic glass components and eliminating leakage incidents.
- Plug-in Method: Utilizes JB/ZQ4434-86 standard double-opening/closing hydraulic quick joints (carbon steel chrome-plated) with 5000PSI pressure range. Nitrile rubber NBR seals withstand temperatures from -20°C to +120°C for reliable, long-lasting performance.
- Component Modularization: Each hydraulic component functions as an independent module with dedicated base plate for easy installation. Circuits can be quickly configured on the "T" groove aluminum alloy profile plate.
- Scalable Experiments: Provides extensive expansion capabilities while maintaining equipment stability. Supports pneumatic hardware integration, feeding mechanisms, manipulator grabbing mechanisms, and excavator mechanisms for comprehensive mechatronics training.
- Easy Maintenance: Designed for minimal maintenance with separate component storage before and after deoiling. Includes oil return tray for resource recycling. Complete system maintenance requires less than one hour.
- System Safety Performance: Maximum hydraulic component pressure: 1.2Mpa, rated working pressure: 0.8Mpa. Features leakage protection (auto power cutoff at 30mA ground leakage), phase loss protection, and 24V DC safety voltage control circuits.
- Diversified Control: Supports PLC control, relay control, time relay control, and manual control operation modes.
