The automatic pipe-rod conveying and stacking machine is a petroleum machine used for automated conveying, stacking, and length measurement of oil pipes during minor oil well repairs. It automatically transports, stacks, and measures the length of oil pipes between the auxiliary bridge, oil sump cofferdam, conveyor, and wellhead hoist. This achieves the technical goal of automated pipe-rod conveying during minor oil well repairs.

1. This machine utilizes a human-machine interface for interactive parameter input and PLC control, fully automating the entire process of pipe grabbing, discharge, conveying, and measuring. It automatically measures pipe lengths and automatically memorizes and stores them in chronological order, making data easy to access and retrieve. It offers simple, reliable operation and excellent flexibility, eliminating the need for dedicated personnel.

2. It features a mobile trolley with a follow-up function. The trolley can independently move the pipe, enabling pipe conveyance and length measurement. It can also be used in conjunction with an elevator for free or towed follow-up. The clamp and trolley both lift the pipe, eliminating friction between the pipe and the slideway and effectively protecting the threads on the pipe ends.

3. It features an electro-permanent magnet mechanism with rapid magnetic pickup and release. This mechanism rapidly attracts and releases the pipe, preventing damage and noise from impact.

4. It accurately palletizes the pipe. For φ89 oil pipes, 30 pipes are arranged horizontally and parallel, stacked vertically in 10 layers for positioning and palletizing.

5. Remote control is used to address abnormalities during automatic operation, improving operational flexibility and convenience.
