Product Features:

Processing Efficiency: The standard cold pressing cycle time is 10 seconds per operation, while the heating cycle requires approximately 120 seconds, depending on the material properties and workpiece dimensions. Processing begins once the workpiece reaches a temperature of 800°C (red-hot condition), with the exact heating temperature and bending angle adjusted according to material characteristics and production requirements.
8. During both the heating and forming stages, all operating parameters are preset in advance. The cycle can be activated via the start button or foot pedal switch, enabling fully automated heating, completion of the heating process, workpiece pressing, head lifting, and removal of the finished product.

During both the heating and cold forming stages, operational parameters are preset in advance, enabling immediate cold pressing without requiring the pressing head to return to its original position. The lower pressing die elevates by 100mm, allowing smooth and efficient removal of the workpiece while maintaining high operational productivity.
These sample workpieces, produced by the angle steel punching, cutting, and marking production line, are manufactured in accordance with the standard specifications and processing requirements commonly applied within the angle steel tower industry.
