The machine mainly consists of the machine base and longitudinal slide table, gantry structure and transverse slide table, vertical ram-type drilling power head, worktable, electrical control system, hydraulic unit, cooling system, chip evacuation system, centralized lubrication system, and other supporting assemblies.

 

 

2. The equipment adopts a moving gantry design combined with a fixed worktable configuration, effectively optimizing floor space utilization and improving workshop layout efficiency.

 

3. The machine base and worktable are engineered as independent structures, enhancing the overall rigidity and operational stability of the equipment while significantly reducing vibration during high-speed drilling processes.

 

 

4. Both longitudinal and transverse axes are equipped with high-precision roller linear guideways, providing superior load-bearing capacity, positioning accuracy, and machine stability throughout machining operations.

 

5. The spindle is powered by a dedicated servo motor through a synchronous belt transmission mechanism, enabling stepless speed regulation and delivering excellent torque performance at low rotational speeds. 6. The drilling spindle incorporates a high-precision spindle manufactured in Taiwan and features an internal coolant delivery system.
