This gantry-type welding robot is installed upside down, allowing multiple units to work collaboratively via the gantry frame beam.
It supports multi-axis linkage (X/Y/Z) and external extension axis configurations, making it suitable for multi-angle welding of large workpieces such as ship assembly components. It can operate as a single machine, in pairs, or in groups of four, significantly improving efficiency. Utilizing a servo-driven backlash-free reducer and a programming-free system, it automatically plans the welding path and tracks the weld seam, ensuring precise welding trajectory.
